Returning an item

You can return products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for returning them and for the cost of return delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods

If goods arrive faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and pay the delivery charges in full.

Items we cannot accept back

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of chemicals or hygiene products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Machinery

Machinery comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. If a machine develops a fault, contact us and we will help you arrange a repair or replacement under the warranty.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
