How much can I expect to pay for shipping?
Our shipping charges are as follows: orders up to 20kg will incur a charge of £8.95, any additional weight thereafter will cost £0.30 per kilogram up to 99kg, and any additional weight after that will be priced at £0.35 per kilogram.

How can I pay?
When it comes to payment, we accept all major credit cards except for American Express. We are also happy to receive payments through PayPal.

Will my items come with a warranty?
If you have purchased any machinery from us, then those products will come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

What happens if I want to return any of my items?
If you would like to return any products, then it will be your responsibility to return them within 30 days, ensuring they are sent in the condition received. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, then we will pay the delivery charges in full.

What happens if the item I order is not in stock?
If any of the items you have ordered are not in stock, we will get in contact and provide the following options: placing your product on backorder, choosing another product, or cancelling that particular order.
