What happens if the item I order is not in stock?

If any item you order is out of stock, we will contact you and offer three options: keep the item on backorder, choose another product, or cancel that part of your order.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to mainland UK is a flat £12 + VAT per order, whatever the weight.

What if I want to return an item?

You can return products within 30 days, in the condition you received them. It is your responsibility to send them back. If goods are faulty, we will pay the delivery charges in full. See our returns policy for details.

Will my items come with a warranty?

Machinery bought from us comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Do you provide safety data sheets?
